The course culminates with an accreditation quiz, allowing participants to demonstrate their understanding and earn the Forcepoint DSPM - Associate: Deploy and Administer Accreditation.

The new Forcepoint DSPM – Sales Associate E-Learning course is intended to help you understand Forcepoint Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), how the solution can help solve customer challenges, and prepare you to identify and qualify opportunities with Forcepoint. Throughout this ~60-minute course you will learn about ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, key discovery questions to ask, common objections and how to respond, as well as a brief competitive overview. The course is followed by a brief exam, that upon passing, you will earn you the Forcepoint DSPM – Sales Associate Accreditation.

In May 2023 Forcepoint end-of-lifed Forcepoint email hygiene related products due to the increasing efficacy of Microsoft and Google email hygiene products which most of our customers were already utilizing.
Since that announcement, we have received valuable feedback highlighting concerns about relying solely on Microsoft and Google for email hygiene. It has been expressed that while these solutions are beneficial, they may not provide complete protection against evolving threats. Additionally, there is a strong preference for a multi-vendor approach to safeguard their most vulnerable channels.
In response to the feedback received, Forcepoint is committed to maintaining support for our email hygiene products, which will remain available for both renewal and new customers. To clarify, the previously announced internal end-of-life date is no longer applicable. Forcepoint will continue to invest in email hygiene solutions, ensuring that our anti-spoofing, anti-spam, and anti-malware protections are consistently updated and enhanced. More information on this update will be shared soon.
Note: legacy (Triton Email etc.) products that include email hygiene that were also subject to the end-of-life will retain their end-of-life date of end of 2025. These products all have migration paths to the same underlying product simply under a different name.
